The company supports businesses that seek to re-integrate their employees back to work after the COVID-19 lock-down as well as cater for their customers and visitors where applicable. The company has qualified Occupational Medical Personnel to support the return to work activities.

How we do business

The BarlMax Re-Integration programme includes the following:

1.     On-line induction course for the employees while at home before they come back to work to ensure that they are knowledgeable on COVID-19 infection and how to mitigate its spread.

2.     On-Line screening of their personal health in relation to COVID-19 and ongoing monitoring for 14 days

3.     Tailormade on-line module to inform the employees on the relevant risk areas in the workplace and mitigation after a risk assessment is conducted as per the particular workplace.

4.     Referral process outline to the relevant medical facilities for testing and further management as per the Department of Health requirements

This workplace readiness programme ensures that your employees are knowledgeable about COVID-19, disseminate the information to their loved ones, help South Africa curb the spread and are able to identify symptoms earlier where possible.

In addition, our programme also offers the following:

  • Risk Assessment and Management (mitigation measures)
  • A report on the training info, assessments and pass rates, completion rates,
  • Certification for those who have been assessed and completed the reintegration modules.
  • The necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Sanitizers for employees for personal use
  • Non-Contact Infrared Thermometers
  • Relevant Data Collection Tools
